Just wanted to attempt some backgrounds this year. Only with this one I can't help but feel there's something missing o_O I can't help but feel it's too plain...
Anyway, Underwater flying, yes. I've never drawn a proper picture of Blizzard swimming before, so I thought I'd make it count :3

Now, at first I wasn't crazy about this character's design, but seeing him in his natural environment, I think it's actually a lot more clever than I gave it credit for. Maybe if the bill was a little straighter, like an actual penguin's.
